For many (many) years I stuck the holiday winecellar under the starboard quarter berth. Not very practical, but there wasn't really room anywhere else in the Aphrodite 101. The space under the floor wasn't big enough for anything. Well, yes... eggs. I learned this from Yvon Nedonchelle who sailed his 101 Vers-Galant single-handed to Rungsted back in 2003. Here's a shot:

Anyway, this shot is from a winecellar in - I think it's a Hanse 388. Surely that can be replicated to a Bianca 107, no doubt. Hopefully, there will be room for more than four bottles. Add that to the ten bottles or so in the built in bar of the Bianca 107.
